We have Australian Open Tennis picks and predictions for Day 11 action on Wednesday, where our best bet features Elena Rybakina vs. Iga Swiatek.
Australian Open Day 11 Tips & Predictions
—
Best Bet
Punters get value odds for Iga Swiatek to beat Rybakina, and we think bookmakers have the odds around the wrong way.
Swiatek is a better player on slower surfaces, but she is enjoying a good run at the Australian Open, and her experience with winning many grand slam titles puts her slightly above Rybakina, who hasn’t won a major since the 2022 Wimbledon Championships.
We give the edge to Swiatek, who fights for every point, and that’s enough to warrant taking the generous $2.08 odds.

Next Best
We were impressed with Lorenzo Musetti’s dominant performance against an injured Taylor Fritz, but beating Novak Djokovic is a completely different story.
Djokovic, despite his form falling off over the last few years, is still one of the best in the world, and he loves playing at Melbourne Tennis Park. He hasn’t dropped a set this year, and he got a gift in the Round of 16 with his opponent withdrawing.
That gives him a big edge against Musetti, who went five sets against Tomas Machac, and fatigue could start to set in for the Italian.
We expect the Serbian to win and cover the –4.5 spread on Wednesday.

Ben Shelton hasn’t taken a set off Jannik Sinner in their last eight meetings, which is an incredible statistic, but stranger things have happened at the Australian Open.
The big-hitting American fought well against Caspar Ruud, and if he serves well against Sinner, he could force a set tiebreak, and then it’s anyone’s game to win.
We’re not thrilled by the $1.72 for Sinner to win in straight sets, so we’re snapping up the better value for Shelton to take a set. It requires him to play well for a full set, but he’s focused, and he’s growing in confidence with every win.

Value Bet
It should be a close game between Jessica Pegula and Amanda Anisimova, and with Pegula’s recent record against Anisimova standing out, we’re picking her to win 2-1.
She is 3-0 against her American countrywoman in their last three meetings, and after smashing Madison Keys 2-0, she is full of confidence.
Anisimova is a quality player, as she showed in 2025, so we’re not surprised to see her open as the favourite. However, Pegula could pip her on the post and take the final set to advance.
