We have expert betting tips for the Men’s French Open this week, which features the likes of Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner.
It’s a mouthwatering tournament for tennis fans, and French Open odds are giving Alcaraz the best chance of winning.
Men’s French Open Tips & Predictions

Best Bet
The Italian superstar might have been beaten in Italy by Alcaraz last week but considering that was his first tournament back from suspension, making the final was an excellent effort.
The world number one lost no admirers with the performance, which was his first loss in 13 matches this year. He won the Australian Open in fine style in January, and although he’s rusty, his best tennis wins the French Open.
Alcaraz is inconsistent, so we’re not happy with the $2 odds for the Spaniard. $3 for Sinner is a much better price, and he rarely lets punters down.

Best Value Bet
Once a champion, always a champion. That’s what punters need to remember when backing Novak Djokovic, and he’s good enough to turn his form around when it matters.
Djokovic has been struggling with niggling injuries in 2025, which has seen his form drop off. However, as arguably the best tennis player of all time, he deserves more respect than French Open odds are giving him.
Getting $12 for a player of his ilk is good shopping. He won the French Open in 2016, 2021, and 2023, so his recent form at Roland Garros is good. He’s the only player from the big four left, and he could represent them well over the next two weeks.

Loyal followers of Casper Ruud know how tough it can be to follow him, but he’s good enough to win a grand slam, and it’s likely to be the French Open.
The 26-year-old Norwegian made the French Open final in 2022 and 2023 before losing in the semis last year to Alex Zverev in four sets. He couldn’t capitalise on winning the first set, but Zverev was playing stellar tennis in 2024.
Ruud is a value pick at $31, and based on his excellent record at Roland Garros, we thought his odds would have been much shorter. We priced him around $16 to win.

Best Roughie
Speaking of players who tend to disappoint more often than not, Australia’s Alex de Minaur needs to start proving that he can win at the top level.
He keeps making solid runs in grand slams before being beaten by a player he should handle, but a more matured de Minaur could take his chances in Paris over the next two weeks.
He made the quarters last year, and although he has never made it past the quarters of any grand slam, his style of play is suited to clay court tennis, and the $56 odds are worth taking as a saver bet.
