It’s not often I get excited for a bottom of the table clash but this match-up brings a lot of intrigue with just two points separating the two.

London nearly pulled off a shock comeback against Warrington over the weekend proving they’re punching well above their weight this year and have continued to be a value pick against the spread.

Hull FC on the other hand were disappointing against Leigh over the weekend in what looked like a step back from the form we’ve seen over the past few weeks.

12:00am Wigan Warriors vs St Helens @ Elland Road, Leeds

Well Wigan were shocked by Leeds last weekend and had 30 points put on them – bearing in mind this was their third game in 10 days.

St Helens outlasted Salford in golden point thanks to a Moses Mbye field goal and are slowly returning to a stronger outfit with the inclusion of Alex Walmsley last week.

Wigan will be without Harry Smith and Bevan French this weekend and will look to their youth to steer this side around.

This has the makings for a great match-up and a pivotal one for Leeds.

It’s always a great contest when these two sides play off and this match is set to be no different.

Leigh were quick to get over their mid-week loss to Wigan with a 42 point performance over Hull FC and are desperate for points as the playoffs approach.

Salford will be reeling after losing to the Saints in golden point and will need to be strong from the jump to derail Leigh’s momentum.
