Both sides are coming off a round 9 win, no surprises Leigh was over Salford while Catalans beat Wakefield in a Golden Point thriller.

Catalans have been cheekily sneaking up the ladder winning five of their last six games.

Leigh won convincingly when these two sides met in round 3 but a lot has changed since then, and I think this match may only have a few points in it.

2:15am Hull KR vs Salford Red Devils @ St James Park, Newcastle

Salford are continuing to sell players in a bid to keep the club afloat following the new ownership takeover.

Again, I wouldn’t touch this game as it’s a guaranteed Hull KR win and I wouldn’t like to speculate on the scoreline.

Willie Peters may just decide to rest his stars… who knows?

4:30am St Helens vs Leeds Rhinos @ St James Park, Newcastle

St Helens fans will be disappointed by the performance their side dished up against Warrington last weekend who were down George Williams and lost Marc Sneyd in the first half.

They desperately need a win.

Leeds were dominant against Hull KR for much of the match last weekend but just seemed to run out of gas late in the game and if they throw the ball around like they did against the Rovers this weekend… look out Saints fans.

10:00pm Huddersfield Giants vs Hull FC @ St James Park, Newcastle

Huddersfield are still desperately searching for their first win of the season and that may not come until they face Salford down the track.

Hull FC were given a bit of a reality check by the reigning champs last weekend, going down 36 points to 12 after stringing together some really nice performances.

But it is a big spread and I’m hopeful Huddersfield may welcome some troops back.

12:15am Wigan Warriors vs Warrington Wolves @ St James Park, Newcastle

Wigan were back to their best against Hull FC last weekend reminding everyone that they are still the team to beat.

Warrington put on one of the grittiest performances of the season, losing multiple players to HIA, Marc Sneyd to a broken cheek bone and were forced to activate their 17-year-old 18^th man.

Wigan will win but expect an understrength but gritty Warrington fight.

2:30am Castleford Tigers vs Wakefield Trinity @ St James Park, Newcastle

Both these side faced off just a few weeks ago which saw Wakefield come away with a sneaky Golden Point victory.

I think Wakefield are still the better side and they’ll be hungry after last weekend’s Golden Point loss to Catalans.

I expect it will be a similarly contested battle this weekend.
