After leading the competition after a handful of rounds, the Bulldogs haven’t quite been the same since. However, they bounced back with two recent wins over the Cowboys and Dragons, and they could handle the Sea Eagles.

Manly is one of the form teams in the comp after wins over the Tigers, Rabbitohs, and Storm. The win over the Storm was good, but the Bulldogs are a tough defensive team, and this game will test whether they’re good enough to play finals footy.

It’s a statement game for the home side, and although we would have preferred a –3.5 line, we believe the Bulldogs win by a converted try.

Some of the points could come from Jacob Kiraz and Reuben Garrick. Kiraz got back to try scoring form last week against the Dragons, and they need him to score tries to have any chance of winning this game.

Garrick was excellent for Manly last week. He scored a try, making it six tries from his last four games, and he was also excellent defensively. He should take that momentum into this week and score a try at $2.18 odds.
