The NFL continues with Week 7 action, and we have NFL expert betting picks and predictions for every game of the year.
It starts with the Steelers vs. Bengals on Friday, and the featured games this week include Rams vs. Jaguars, Buccaneers vs. Lions, and Texans vs. Seahawks.
NFL Week 7 Tips
—
Friday 17/10/25
Most of the money has come for the Steelers to cover the –4.5 spread on the road, and with Aaron Rodgers at the helm, they should get it done.
The Bengals are struggling to stay relevant after losing Joe Burrow, so they are a risky bet, even if NFL odds suggest they have a chance to win.
Take the visitors to score by at least a touchdown.

London hasn’t been spoiled with good NFL games, and we’re hoping the Rams vs. Jaguars lives up to the billing.
We rate the Rams as a team good enough to make a playoff run, and we don’t believe the Jaguars have the same upside. Therefore, the Rams should win and cover the –2.5 spread.
It could come via a late field goal, so snap up the line before it moves.
Rams by 3
—
The Saints have only one win this year, and we can’t see that changing this week against a resurgent Bears team.
Chicago has done well to post a 3-2 record after a come-from-behind win last week, and that should give it enough confidence to handle a struggling Saints side.
The –4.5 line is another generous offering from bookies.
Bears by 10
—
Betting on the Dolphins or Browns comes with plenty of risk, but with the Browns failing to score points at an all-time level, Miami should score a road win.
Getting $2.23 for a team that has good offensive players is a good price with NFL odds, and with Tua Tagovailoa giving some players a stern talking to, that could fire them up.
Include the Dolphins in NFL picks as a value price.

Punters have made good money betting on the Patriots this season, and they should improve their record to 5-2 on Monday.
One of the worst teams in the NFL are the Titans, and we can’t see them turning their form around anytime soon.
Drake Maye is playing well at QB, and he could put up another big performance on the road.

It was good to see the Chiefs back to their best against the Lions last week, and they’re due for another easy victory against the struggling Raiders.
After six weeks, we’re beginning to see which teams are worth backing, and the Raiders aren’t one of them. The Chiefs are, so the –12.5 line is worth including in NFL multis.
We see the Chiefs scoring by around 18 points in a one-sided affair.

There is some trepidation with the Eagles after a couple of bad losses, but we’re opting to stick with the Super Bowl champions.
They have enough classy players to overcome their recent form, and the Vikings haven’t been overly impressive. They’re also coming off a trip to London, which won’t help.
It’s rare to get the Eagles at –1.5, so jump on it.

Backing the Jets at 0-6 comes with a lot of risk, but this is their best chance of posting a win in 2025.
They have their backs against the wall, and their fans are close to giving up, so a win over the Panthers is a must this week.
We’re keeping the faith and giving them one last chance.
Jets by 7
—
The Giants are 2-4, but they’re showing signs of life with a young quarterback and running back, so they could keep up with the Broncos.
Winning in Denver won’t be easy, but getting a +7.5 start is better than expected, and there could be only one touchdown in the game.
Take the underdog to keep it close.
Broncos by 7
—
The Colts keep delivering for punters this season, and although the Chargers are a good team, we see the Colts improving to 6-1 on the road.
Los Angeles typically suffers at this time of the year, which is why it’s only the –1.5 favourite despite playing at home. That’s not a good sign, so take the Colts to win on the road.

There isn’t much between the Commanders and Cowboys, but the Commanders have playoffs aspirations.
We’re happy to include the road team as a –1.5 favourite, and with Jayden Daniels at quarterback, they could put plenty of points on the board.
Include the Commanders in NFL multis.
Commanders by 7

There isn’t much upside with the Cardinals, who have struggled defensively for most of the season, and the Packers could take advantage.
Jordan Love has nine touchdowns on the year, and we expect that number to improve significantly over the next few weeks.
Take the –6.5 line before it moves to 7.
Packers by 10
—
The 49ers have done well to post a 4-2 record despite injuries, and they could make another statement on Monday morning.
There is a lot of hype around the Falcons following their win over the Bills but repeating that effort on the road is a different task.
Take the home side to prevail in a tough game.

Tuesday 21/10/25
The Lions didn’t make the most of their opportunities against the Chiefs last week, but they should be too good for the Buccaneers.
It will be a high-scoring game between two top-tier offences, but with Jared Goff’s accuracy, we would rather back the Lions to win.
It’s another line punters should take before it drifts.
Lions by 7
—
Playing at home is usually all the Seahawks need to cover the spread, and the Texans haven’t played well enough this year to be worried about.
Sam Darnold is playing well at quarterback, and after scoring a good bounce-back victory, the Seahawks look primed for a win.
We’re happy to include the –3.5 line in our NFL predictions.
