The NFL continues with Week 4 action, and we have NFL expert betting picks and predictions for every game of the year.

It starts with the Seahawks vs. Cardinals on Friday, and the featured games this week include Vikings vs. Steelers, Eagles vs. Buccaneers, and Ravens vs. Chiefs.

Betting Tip: Seahawks @ $1.82

Money has come thick and fast for the Seahawks, who have now firmed into favouritism after opening as underdogs.

They have played well to start to the year at 2-1, and although the Cardinals have the same record, they haven’t been nearly as impressive.

Sam Darnold could have a big game, so back the visitors.

12:30am Vikings vs. Steelers @ Croke Park

Betting Tip: Vikings –2.5 @ $1.90

Ireland hosts this game, and it could be another classic edition of the Vikings vs. Steelers. We have the Vikings winning, and although betting against Aaron Rodgers isn’t easy, the Vikings are a better team top to bottom.

They have depth at the quarterback position, which was evident last week, and a repeat of that performance should be enough.

Take the –2.5 line before it moves during the week.

4:00am Commanders vs. Falcons @ Mercedes-Benz Stadium

Betting Tip: Commanders @ $1.86

There isn’t likely to be much between the Commanders and Falcons, but we’re going with the Commanders to score a road win.

We don’t trust Michael Penix Jr to deliver for the Falcons, and he has more interceptions than touchdowns, so the Commanders should take advantage.

Punters get $1.86 odds, which is a fair price to include in NFL picks.

4:00am Saints vs. Bills @ Highmark Stadium

Betting Tip: Bills –15.5 @ $1.90

Covering a –15.5 line isn’t easy in the NFL, but it’s easier when it involves the Bills and Saints.

We expect the Bills to score a one-sided victory against the winless Saints, who haven’t done much to start the year. They have been disappointing, including a big loss last week.

Given what the Bills can do on offence, they should win comfortably.

4:00am Browns vs. Lions @ Ford Field

Betting Tip: Lions –9.5 @ $1.90

Despite losing in the opening week, the Lions have bounced back with terrific victories, and they’re back in Super Bowl contention.

They should have too much class for the Browns, and although Cleveland defeated Green Bay last week, that might have been a flash-in-the-pan performance.

Jared Goff is one of the best QBs in the league, and he should dominate the Browns defence.

4:00am Panthers vs. Patriots @ Gillette Stadium

Betting Tip: Patriots -5.5 @ $1.90

There isn’t much between the Panthers and Patriots with NFL odds, but we’re going with the Patriots to cover the spread at home.

They have the signs of a team on the rise, especially if Maye plays well at quarterback. We see that happening this week, so back the home side to win and cover the spread.

Betting Tip: Chargers -6.5 @ $1.90

We are loving the –6.5 line for the Chargers, who are a much better team than the Giants. They got away with a win last week, but it was still a tough effort.

At 3-0, the Chargers have bolstered their Super Bowl chances, and we can’t see the Giants giving them any sort of trouble, despite playing at home.

Take the current line before it moves to –7.5 during the week.

Betting Tip: Eagles –3.5 @ $1.90

Unbeaten teams meet on Monday morning, and last season’s Super Bowl winners could prevail over the 3-0 Buccaneers.

It’s a tough game to predict due to the Buccaneers’ wild offence, but the Eagles have a better team, and they’re finding ways to win NFL games.

Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley are top-level, and they could run all over the home side.

Betting Tip: Titans +7.5 @ $1.90

The Titans and Texans don’t have a win between them, so we’re taking the Titans +7.5 in what should be a close contest.

It’s hard to get excited about either team, and although the Texans have better players across the board, they’re not delivering the goods on game day.

That’s worrying, so take the underdogs to keep it close.

Betting Tip: Colts +3.5 @ $1.90

Daniel Jones and the Colts have made an excellent start at 3-0, and he’s loving having more time in the pocket.

It’s good to see after a tough time in New York, and the Colts are good enough to keep up with the Rams, who let one slip against the Eagles last week.

It could come down to the final kick, so take the Colts with the +3.5 start.

7:05am Jaguars vs. 49ers @ Levi's Stadium

Betting Tip: 49ers -3.5 @ $1.90

Despite suffering some injury troubles, the 49ers have done well to stay unbeaten from three games in 2025.

They are now –3.5 favourites to beat the Jaguars, and although the Jags can be good at times, they’re one of the more inconsistent teams in the NFL.

We recommend taking the –3.5 line before it moves to –4.5 on game day.

7:25am Ravens vs. Chiefs @ GEHA Field

Betting Tip: Ravens –2.5 @ $1.90

We’re hoping the Ravens don’t let frustration get the better of them. They could easily by 3-0 instead of 1-2, and the pre-season Super Bowl favourites need to start playing better.

Derrick Henry’s fourth quarter fumbles cost them twice, and although beating the Chiefs at GEHA Field isn’t easy, they haven’t been playing well either.

In a high-scoring game, the Ravens should prevail.

7:25am Bears vs. Raiders @ Allegiant Stadium

Betting Tip: Bears –1.5 @ $1.90

BET NOW

We don’t trust the Bears or the Raiders to deliver the goods, but after the Bears put away Dallas last week, they could start stringing wins together.

Beating the Raiders isn’t too hard, and if Caleb Williams shows why he was the top draft pick, they should do enough to win.

It’s not our most confident bet, so include in NFL multis.

11:20am Packers vs. Cowboys @ AT&T Stadium

Betting Tip: Packers -6.5 @ $1.90

Betting on the Cowboys comes with huge risk, and although the Packers lost to the Browns last week after holding a 10-0 fourth quarter lead, we’re backing them to win.

They looked good prior when winning their first two games, and they looked like genuine Super Bowl contenders, especially defensively.

We can’t see the Cowboys putting up too many points this week.

10:15am Jets vs. Dolphins @ Hard Rock Stadium

Betting Tip: Dolphins –2.5 @ $1.90

The Dolphins didn’t play too poorly last week when having a chance to win, and they won’t get a better chance to post a win.

They face the 0-3 Jets, who are an awful team, which is why Miami is the –2.5 favourite to win a game at home.

If Tua Tagavailoa plays well, the Dolphins are good enough to improve to 1-3.

11:15am Bengals vs. Broncos @ Empower Field

Betting Tip: Broncos –7.5 @ $1.90

Losing Joe Burrow is tough for the Bengals to come back from, as they showed last week when getting thumped by the Vikings.

That’s not a good sign for their immediate future, and all the Bengals needed to do was for Burrow to avoid getting injured.

As it stands, the Broncos should win comfortably and playing at home helps.
