The NFL continues with Week 3 action, and we have NFL expert betting picks and predictions for every game of the year.
It starts with the Dolphins vs. Bills on Friday, and the featured games this week include Bengals vs. Vikings, Rams vs. Eagles, and Lions vs. Ravens.
NFL Week 3 Predictions
—
Friday 19/9/25
The Dolphins are in for a long year, so we’re confident of a Bills victory to get Week 3 action started.
The Bills are unbeaten after scoring an easy win last week, and with the Dolphins having all sorts of troubles at quarterback, they could get well-beaten.
Take the –11.5 line before it moves.

Monday 22/9/25
We want to back the Browns with the points, but they haven’t shown us enough to warrant including them in picks.
They continue to disappoint their fan base, and with the Packers coming off two impressive wins, they are looking like a genuine Super Bowl contender.
Back the Packers to score a comfortable road win.
Packers by 10

Winning on the road isn’t easy in the NFL, but after the Colts were gifted a win by the Broncos last week, they could use that momentum to beat the Titans.
Tennessee is 0-2, which was expected, and the Titans are struggling to keep the franchise above the water. Therefore, the Colts should stand up and remain unbeaten, and they have the players to get the job done.
Colts by 7
—
The Bengals were our Super Bowl picks on the basis that Joe Burrow didn’t get injured. Week 2, the star QB gets injured and is out for at least three months.
However, what we saw last week from Jake Browning suggests that they could keep winning, and getting $2.28 is a fair price from bookmakers.
This team believes, and the Vikings didn’t impress last week, especially with their starting QB out as well.
Bengals by 3
—
The Patriots are showing signs of life, and with a young quarterback looking to make his mark, they are good enough to beat the Steelers.
We’re not sure what to expect from Pittsburgh in 2025, and we haven’t been impressed with their start. Therefore, we’re backing the Patriots at home.
Drake Maye could be their future, so ride the momentum.
Patriots by 7
—
Punters always get value odds for the Eagles in the first few rounds, despite the defending Super Bowl champions.
Being only –3.5 favourites at home against the Rams is a generous line from bookmakers, and we expect Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley to have a field day in the running game.
Back the Eagles to win and cover the spread.
Eagles by 10
—
Baker Mayfield has matured into one of the better QBs in the league, and he could take the Buccaneers to the playoffs after a 2-0 start.
He led them down the field to win last week, which was his fifth clutch time win of his career. That bodes well against the Jets, who are grounded at 0-2.
Take the line before it moves to more than 6.5.
Buccaneers by 10
—
The Commanders will need to play without Jayden Daniels if he doesn’t pass his fitness test, they have enough depth to cover him.
We didn’t like what the Raiders offered at home last week against the Chargers. Geno Smith was awful at quarterback, and their offensive line got pushed back all night.
It should be a Commanders win regardless of who plays QB.
Commanders by 7
—
There is good upside with the Falcons, especially compared to the Panthers, so we’re backing them to win in a rivalry game on Monday.
We don’t trust Bryce Young at QB for Carolina, and he has been turnover prone. We trust the Falcons defence to come up big, and that could have a big impact on this game.
Take the –5.5 line with the Falcons with NFL picks this week.
Falcons by 7
—
Punters aren’t showing much confidence in this game, but the Jaguars should have the slight advantage against the Texans.
After starting 0-2, the Texans aren’t playing well, and the bubble has quickly burst with quarterback C.J. Stroud, who looks like a shadow of his former self.
The Jags are better at home, so back them to win.
Jaguars by 7
—
The Chargers possess one of the best defenses in the NFL, and we expect them to roll through the Broncos on Monday.
Justin Herbert is also having a good year at quarterback, and with those two combined, the Chargers could make a deep run.
We don’t expect the Broncos to play well, so back the home side to cover the NFL spread.
Chargers by 7
—
The Saints are 0-2, but we didn’t mind how they played last week, and they could keep it close against the Seahawks.
Sam Darnold has two interceptions, and if he continues to turn the ball over, the Saints could capitalise with a handy defence.
It should be a close game, so we’re taking the points.
Saints by 3
—
We can’t include the Bears in our NFL picks based on what we’ve seen. Caleb Williams is proving to be one of the worst top picks in recent history, and he just doesn’t see the field like an elite quarterback should.
With Dallas having Dak Prescott at the helm, we’re happy to include them in our picks. The Cowboys are 1-1, and they could play better than expected.
Take the road underdog to prevail in a must-see game.
Cowboys by 6
—
There is some trepidation in betting markets for the 49ers, but we’re happy enough to include them in our NFL Week 3 picks.
They are unbeaten, as is Arizona, but the 49ers are always tough to beat at home. Christian McCaffrey is doing his thing, and that’s all they need.
It’s likely to be a close game, where the 49ers could win with a late field goal.
49ers by 3
—
We’re jumping on the –5.5 line for the Chiefs, who we can’t envision not covering the spread against New York.
The Giants are in for another long year at 0-2, and with Patrick Mahomes desperate for a win, expect the very best from him.
We have the Chiefs winning by double digits.
Chiefs by 14

Tuesday 23/9/25
After scoring a one-sided win last week, the Lions are back to their best, and they’re good enough to test the Ravens.
Baltimore also got back to its best with a one-sided win last week, but it’s likely to be a close game throughout on Tuesday.
Getting a +5.5 start is enough to take the Lions.
