If there was ever a time for the Eagles to bounce back from a loss, it would be against the Giants, who lost poorly to the Saints last week.

It wasn’t a good showing from the Giants, and the enthusiasm they had following a win over the Chargers quickly wore off. They’re not a good football team, and they should be exposed by the Super Bowl champions.

Despite leading 17-3 last week, the Eagles lost 21-17 to the Broncos. It was a collapse we’re not used to seeing from the Eagles, but they’re good at bouncing back from adversity, and the –7.5 line is expected on the road against a 1-4 Giants team.

Based on their respective form and level of ability, the Eagles should have far too much class for the Giants. The Giants have a rookie quarterback, who needs more time to adjust, and their defence isn’t good enough.
