The Kings should be far too good for the struggling Bullets, and although the line is –16.5, we can’t see the Bullets firing a shot.

Momentum is with the Kings, who come off back-to-back wins, and playing at RAC Arena won’t do their chances any harm, as Brisbane isn’t in the mood for travel.

9:30pm Wildcats vs. Hawks @ RAC Arena

Betting Tip: Wildcats –6.5 @ $1.90

The Wildcats have the benefit of playing at home this week, and that should be enough to beat the Hawks by a comfortable margin.

Perth is one of the form teams in the NBL after beating the Phoenix easily last week, and that’s an ideal form guide when facing teams going in the other direction.

Include the Wildcats –6.5 in your NBL picks this week.

7:00pm Taipans vs. Breakers @ RAC Arena

Betting Tip: Taipans @ $2.33

We have backed the Breakers far too many times this season, and although they come off a win over the Hawks, we’re not impressed.

They have struggled to score points for the most part, which saw them get hammered by the Sydney Kings last week. The 103-62 performance was bad, and the Taipans could capitalise with three consecutive wins.

The $2.23 is a great price for the underdogs.

9:30pm United vs. JackJumpers @ RAC Arena

Betting Tip: United @ $2.15

There is good value with United, who are desperate for success after sliding down the NBL ladder.

They occupied the top spot after starting the season on fire, but the wheels have fallen off. However, a win over the JackJumpers would right the ship for the meantime.

We rate United slightly above Tasmania, and if the likes of Chris Goulding and Milton Doyle get hot, they could put up a big score. Take the odds before late money comes for the always popular team.

2:30pm 36ers vs. Phoenix @ RAC Arena

Betting Tip: 36ers –3.5 @ $1.90

The 36ers come off a rare loss last week, but they are our best pick to rebound with a win over the Phoenix.

There were big concerns about the Phoenix’s title chances after losing to Perth last week, allowing 107 points in a game where they looked out of sorts. Adelaide could take advantage and put up a big score on Sunday night.

Bryce Cotton is due a big scoring performance, and if he drops anywhere close to 30 points, Adelaide should cruise home and get back its winning ways.
