The NBL tips off this week with Round 10 action, kicking off with the 36ers vs. Hawks on Wednesday night.

We have NBL betting tips for every game in 2025/26, including this week’s featured games between the Bullets vs. Phoenix, Hawks vs. United, and JackJumpers vs. Kings.

7:30pm 36ers vs. Hawks @ Adelaide Entertainment Centre

Betting Tip: 36ers –4.5 @ $1.90

The 36ers are getting back to their best form after consecutive wins over Tasmania and Cairns. They’re not the hardest games on the schedule, but it should be enough to lift their confidence levels.

Illawarra was playing well until losing heavily to the Kings, and we can’t quite pick when the Hawks will play well. They have been terribly inconsistent this season, especially compared to their premiership-winning season last year.

Based on that, we’re taking the 36ers to cover the spread at home.

7:30pm Bullets vs. Phoenix @ Brisbane Entertainment Centre

Betting Tip: Bullets +6.5 @ $1.90

There is little doubt that the Phoenix are the better team in this matchup. However, covering a –6.5 spread on the road against the Bullets isn’t easy. Therefore, we’re backing the home team to make it competitive.

We’re hoping the loss to the Breakers, which was one of the more one-sided games we’ve seen, doesn’t play on their minds. They lost to Melbourne 99-93 most recently, so if they can cover the spread against United, they can against South East Melbourne.

This pick is purely a numbers play, so back the underdog to keep it close.

7:30pm Hawks vs. United @ WIN Entertainment Centre

Betting Tip: United –4.5 @ $1.90

After losing consecutive games, United has bounced back with two solid victories. They were much-needed wins to solidify their top spot on the NBL ladder, and they should take care of the Hawks on Friday night.

The Hawks play their second game in a few days, and we don’t think that will help their cause. United will be the much fresher team for this contest, and it could be telling in the opening half.

Look for United to win the first half and score a comfortable win.

9:30pm Wildcats vs. JackJumpers @ RAC Arena

Betting Tip: Wildcats -5.5 @ $1.90

It’s best not to be following the JackJumpers after an awful stretch of losing form, and we’re surprised the line is only –5.5.

The Wildcats always play their best basketball when the playoffs are approaching, and they looked good when beating Adelaide and New Zealand. Those are tough opponents, and their recent losses were close games to the Phoenix and Hawks.

We expect the Wildcats to be far too good.

5:30pm Taipans vs. Breakers @ Cairns Convention Centre

Betting Tip: Breakers @ $1.80

The Breakers showed good improvement to beat the Bullets, but they will need to rebound after losing to the Wildcats.

It all depends on how well they shoot from the three-point line, but they should fancy their chances of beating Cairns, which is the worst team in the NBL.

Getting $1.80 for the Breakers is a good price from bookmakers.

Betting Tip: Phoenix @ $1.90

Bookmakers can’t split the Phoenix and 36ers, which suggests they believe the Phoenix could be trending down after making a great start to the year.

It’s a tough game to predict, but based on form, we’re sticking with the Phoenix to win the game in front of their home fans.

It will likely come down to who wins the fourth quarter, and Phoenix has senior players to call on.

2:30pm JackJumpers vs. Kings @ MyState Bank Arena

Betting Tip: Kings –4.5 @ $1.90

The Kings have made their premiership claim with four consecutive wins, and they should be too good for the JackJumpers.

They have looked excellent in their winning streak, and with the JackJumpers struggling to show their best, we’re surprised by the odds.

We priced Sydney at around $1.30, so take the value.

4:30pm United vs. Wildcats @ John Cain Arena

Betting Tip: United –5.5 @ $1.90

NBL fans love a United vs. Wildcats game, and it should go to United with the benefit of playing at home.

They are still the best team in the league, despite going 2-2 over their last four games. They bounced back nicely from those losses, and they deserve to be title favourites.

Perth is well-coached and tough to beat, but this isn’t an ideal situation for them. Take United to cover the spread.
