We have NBA picks and predictions for Friday, October 24th, which features the Thunder vs. Pacers and Nuggets vs. Warriors.
Our picks include a best bet and NBA same game multi, and we’re looking forward to the NBA action this week.
Thunder vs. Pacers Predictions
—
Best Bet
We’re not sure how the Thunder defeated the Rockets in double overtime on Wednesday, but it shows how clutch they are when it counts. The defending champions will be confident following that result, especially considering Shai Gilgeous-Alexander wasn’t at his best.
However, he made the big buckets down the stretch, and the Pacers could struggle to hit the ground running. They are without their inspirational point guard Tyrese Haliburton, which leaves a big hole in their offence.
Playing on the road won’t make it easy for the Thunder, but Chet Holmgren was excellent in opening day, and he could dominate inside and outside the paint. There are too many scorers for the Thunder, and Indiana could struggle to keep up.

Same Game Multi
After a big opening day performance, Holmgren is worth including in NBA SGM picks. The Thunder player was dominant in the scoring department before fouling out, so he could have scored more than 28 points.
The 17.5-point line is much better than expected, so we’re happy to include him in our multi picks. We also like Pascal Siakam over 19.5 points. He’s the primary scorer for the Pacers, and they need him to score to have any chance of covering the spread.
Under 229.5 points is worth including, as we expect the Pacers to score around 103 points.

Nuggets vs. Warriors Predictions
—
Best Bet
Getting the Warriors at $2.01 against the Nuggets is a good price, especially after beating Luka Doncic and the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday.
Having a game under their belt should help against the Nuggets, and we expect money to come for the Warriors with NBA odds. They could shorten to around $1.85 on game day, as public money always comes for them.
We’re not going to bet against Stephen Curry and Draymond Green. They have a knack of winning big games, and although it’s only the second game of the year, it could send an early statement to the rest of the Western Conference.
—
Same Game Multi
Curry is the top scorer for the Warriors, and although he’s sharing scoring duties with Jimmy Butler, Curry is still top dog. He had 23 points against the Lakers, and he should take more shots against the Nuggets.
It should be a high-scoring game where defence plays second fiddle, so we’re backing Curry over 24.5 points and over 232.5 game points.
Green over 5.5 assists is a good line. He had nine assists against the Lakers, and he has a wealth of players to pass the ball to. He’s at his best when finding open shooters, which is key to the Warriors’ success.
