Clevor Trever ran well for second on debut at Kyneton, and he doesn’t need to improve too much on that effort to win here.
The three-year-old colt by Omaha Beach ran behind Millennium Blade, and that is a good form guide for this level of racing.
Take the odds before late money comes his way.
Stake: 1 Unit
The three-year-old son of Justify comes off a tidy trial placing at Randwick, which is typically good form for racing at Terang.
The Waterhouse/Bott-trained gelding doesn’t meet an overly tough maiden field, so we’re surprised by the each-way odds available.
It could pay to snap up the odds whilst they’re available.
Stake: 2 Units
Share the Stars has been all around the mark in three career starts, including a fifth at Caulfield last time out.
The four-year-old mare by Overshare wasnt far behind some smart types, and she will be better with having the spell under her belt.
There has been solid betting support, which is a good sign.

Looking to make a winning debut is Illume, who won a jumpout at Moe in good fashion.
The three-year-old son of Smart Missile will need a touch of luck from the wide draw, but he has time to find cover over the mile.
The odds make her a worthwhile play.
Stake: 1 Unit
Consistent form is with Shooter McGavin, who got too far back at Terang last start, so it could pay to overlook that effort.
The Shane Jackson-trained gelding owns four wins and nine placings overall, and he has been threatening to win a race this campaign.
62kg makes it harder, but class takes him close.
Stake: 1.5 Units
Punters get value odds for Golden Age, who is only a one-time winner, but he has been close to posting another.

Seeking his third win this preparation is Masked Marauder, who won at Donald two back before running fifth at Caulfield.
The five-year-old son of Toronado wasn’t far behind the winner, and although rising in class isn’t easy, he gets in with a light weight off the inside draw.
There isn’t much covering this field, so include him in horse racing selections.
Stake: 1.5 Units
The five-year-old mare comes off a win at Swan Hill, which should be a good form guide for this level of racing.
She dug deep to score by a nose on the line, and she will only improve with that run under her belt, so she could keep winning.
She is another each-way runner at Terang with a good chance to win.
Stake: 1 Unit
Drawing wide isn’t ideal for Kingsford, but he has time to find a spot in the field, and a wide barrier didn’t matter when winning at Terang two back.
That’s a good form guide for this race and getting back to this track could be all he needs to recapture his best form.
After opening at $4.80, stacks of money has come for him to win, which is a good sign.
Stake: 1.5 Units
