gobet randwick racing tips

We have expert betting tips for racing at Randwick on Saturday, which includes 10 races at the premier meeting.

Punters get good value odds for the New South Wales meeting, and we have betting tips for every race on the card.

Randwick racing tips

Race 1. (11:00) Precise Air Handicap (1100m)

#1 – Hidden Motive @ $2.45

It was good to see Hidden Motive breakthrough for the win at Hawkesbury, and he’s good enough to keep winning.

The Nathan Doyle-trained colt had been taking on tough fields and running well in defeat, and although this isn’t an easy field, he’s the best of them.

Take the odds and include him in multis to start the day.

Stake: 2 Units

Race 2. (11:35) Midway BM72 (1500m)

#7 – Rush Attack @ $13.00

Punters get value odds for Rush Attack, who didn’t fire at Hawkesbury last start, but he ran second at his only start at Randwick.

The four-year-old son of Brave Smash is a two-time winner over the distance, and we don’t think he needs to improve much to handle this field.

Getting 2kg off his back is a bonus, so put him on top.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 3. (12:10) Drinkwise BM78 (1600m)

#4 – Miss Kim Kar @ $3.40

Money has come for Miss Kim Kar, who owns four wins and three placings from eight starts, which is an excellent record.

The three-year-old daughter of Pierata won at Randwick last start in heavy conditions, and that showed how tough she is.

It’s not an easy field, but she should go close.

Stake: 1.5 Units

Race 4. (12:45) Tab Highway C3 (1100m)

#6 – Shropshire Lad @ $5.50

Looking to score back-to-back wins is Shropshire Lad, who pulled out all the stops when scoring by a nose last time out.

The three-year-old son of Supido should only be fitter for that run, and he has more upside than most runners in this field.

We’re happy to take the each-way odds available.

Stake: 1.5 Units

Race 5. (13:20) The Consortium Clemenger BM72 (2000m)

#3 – Duvana @ $16.00

We have backed Duvana at his last two runs, and although he was unlucky two back, he needs to show something better than last time out.

The Chris Waller-trained colt didn’t enjoy the heavy track conditions, but he should be better on a softer track this Saturday.

Given the odds, we’re happy to stick with him.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 6. (13:55) Asahi Super Dry BM78 (1400m)

#14 – Federer @ $3.10

Looking to return from a spell with an ace performance is Federer, who won his first two starts before going down as a $1.55 favourite at Caulfield.

That run wasn’t ideal for punters who took the shorts, but he comes off a trial placing, and it’s good seeing him run in Sydney for the first time.

That’s a good sign, and getting the inside draw is ideal.

Stake: 2 Units

Race 7. (14:30) Sydney Roosters Partners Handicap (1600m)

#12 – Hollywood Hero @ $6.50

Hollywood Hero flashed home late to score at Randwick two weeks ago, and he’s capable of producing the goods again.

The Bjorn Baker-trained gelding will likely get back from the wide draw, but there is enough pace in the race to see him finish off best.

Dropping to 53kg makes him tough to beat.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 8. (15:05) Vinery Stud Bob Charley Stakes (1100m)

#2 – Front Page @ $4.00

Front Page doesn’t often take too long to win races, and he’s overdue a winning performance.

The Matthew Dale-trained gelding owns seven wins and eight placings, and he has experience running at the top level.

We’re happy to give him another chance at one of his favourite tracks.

Stake: 1.5 Units

Race 9. (15:40) Singapore Pools BM94 (1300m)

#10 – Accredited @ $8.00

Accredited has been all over the country recently, including running at Sandown last time out when disappointing in the straight.

The Joe Pride-trained gelding is much better than what he produced in Melbourne, and getting back to Randwick, where he owns two wins, should help.

Getting the inside draw could help him switch on.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 10. (16:20) Toyota Forklifts BM78 (1000m)

#8 – Queen of the Mile @ $8.00

Queen of the Mile showed good consistency last preparation, and she is a proven fresh up winner with five starts for two wins.

The daughter of Written Tycoon has yet to win at Randwick, but she owns two placings and dropping to 54.5kg makes her tough to handle.

Punters get better odds than expected, so include her in picks.

Stake: 1.5 Units
