Pukekohe racing tips

It was an impressive way to break maidens for Golden Wings last start, scoring by 4.5 lengths at Ellerslie.
His odds would be shorter had he not drawn a wide barrier, but we think he’ll get cover and come with a big late finish.
$3.10 is a fair price from bookies, so snap it up.
Stake: 2.5 Unit
Looking to score an overdue win is High Country, who loomed to win at New Plymouth last time out.
Coming to Pukekohe won’t worry his chances, and the change in scenery could help him switch on and get over the line.
George Rooke is riding well, so take the each-way odds available.
Stake: 1 Unit
Skymax has time to find cover from a wide draw, and the Team Rogerson stable could have a big day at Pukekohe
The four-year-old mare by Ferrando is only a one-time winner from 23 starts, but she’s never too far away from the prize.
She is another each-way runner at Pukekohe with a good winning hope.
Stake: 1 Unit
Harvey Wallbanger couldn’t have been more impressive when beating a good field on debut at Ellerslie and that’s a good form guide.
He looks like a nice type in the making for Tony Pike, and it was a professional effort from the son of Home Affairs.
Another victory looms, so include the $2.70 in horse racing multi bets.
Stake: 2.5 Units

Wanganui racing tips

It’s a wide-open race and we have settled on She’s Wondering, who showed a glimpse of good form when running fourth last start.
The six-year-old mare by Zed has since spelled, and she ran through the line well enough in a recent trial at Woodville.
There has been money for her, which is a good sign.
Stake: 1 Unit
Passiflora didn’t lose any admirers when running third at Tauranga, and it was good to see her run on a grass surface.
The three-year-old filly by Farnan is bred to show early speed, and she showed that when winning on debut at Cambridge.
Money has come, and she could start at shorter odds on race day.
Stake: 2 Units
A winner on debut at New Plymouth, Thorax good have a bright future on rain-affected tracks.
The four-year-old son of Ribchester had massive betting support at $1.40, and punters get better odds this time around.
He will find this harder, but his odds are too good to pass up.
Stake: 1.5 Units
Punters get value odds for Hasstobefast, who comes south in the hopes of finding easier races.
She finds a slightly easier race on Saturday, and the seven-year-old mare by Per Incanto should appreciate getting weight off her back.
She is a live chance at odds.
Stake: 1 Unit
