Barrier three is ideal, and she could get punters off to a winning start.

#5 – First Man
First Man has threatened to win a race after posting four placings from six starts, including back-to-back second placings at Gold Coast and Doomben this prep.
The three-year-old son of Dubious loves a bit of sting out of the track, so the soft conditions should be ideal.

#2 – Outburst
Outburst has been right around the mark all season, including a win three back at Eagle Farm and a placing at Dalby last time out.
The seven-year-old gelding by Real Impact likes racing at Eagle Farm with a win and three placings, which is solid form.
1.5kg comes off his back, so take the odds.

Race 4. (14:18) The Star Stradbroke Season BM70 (1800m)
#7 – High Class Roller
High Class Roller didn’t fire fresh up at Grafton, but his form has improved since with a win and two placings.
The three-year-old son of Spirit of Boom wasn’t too far away last time out, and he’s good enough to handle this field.
Angela Jones rides for Matthew Dunn, which is a good combo.

Race 5. (14:53) Ladbrokes Form Genius BM68 (1600m)
#3 – Boys Night Out
Boys Night Out owns three wins and five placings from 13 starts, and he’s unbeaten in two starts over the distance.
The four-year-old son of No Nay Never looked good when racing in Victoria, and his form in Brisbane hasn’t deteriorated.
He’s in good hands with Dunn, so punters should be confident.

Race 6. (15:28) Sky Racing C4 (1400m)
#1 – Bohemian Lad
Bohemian Lad has been a model of consistency throughout his career, including four wins and seven placings from 14 starts.
The son of Better than Ready owns two placings at Eagle Farm from two attempts, and he won his only start over the distance.

Race 7. (16:03) XXXX Gold BM68 (1000m)
#6 – Devastating
Devastating didn’t fire at Eagle Farm last time out, but he’s a nice type on his day.
The six-year-old son of Exceed and Excel runs his best races at Eagle Farm and over the distance, and that bodes well for a big effort.
Having Ryan Maloney riding is another positive, so include him at the odds.

#4 – Out of Aces
Looking to take advantage of the inside draw is Out of Aces, who goes well fresh up with two starts for two placings.
The four-year-old son of Dundeel won at Doomben last preparation before finishing fourth at Doomben behind some nice types.
He comes off a trial win, so he looks ready to go.
