We’re not leaving her out of calculations following three strong wins. She has toughness many of these don’t, and that works in her favour.

We’re inclined to believe Sydney form measures up well in Victoria, and it should at the Oaks level.

The daughter of Brutal won at Kembla Grange three back before placing behind Lady Shenandoah at Randwick, followed by a fourth behind El Castello.

El Castello was solid in the Derby, and there’s less depth to this field.

We’re sticking with Sydney form for Pleasure Artist, who won at Kembla Grange earlier this season before running behind Swiftfalcon and El Castello.

She’s not the most dynamic filly in the field, but she could settle back and run on well. That could be enough to see her pass most of the field.

Our only worry is passing the two favourites, but she’s worth a play at the odds.

Not loving her form since she won earlier this prep. It’s hard to see her finishing in the first few horses home.

She won at Morphettville last campaign before returning at Caulfield over 1400m. She has progressed up the distances since, including a third behind Too Darn Discreet over 2000m.

She’s a staying type, and she could figure in the finish.

The daughter of Too Darn Hot tried to lead all the way on Saturday but that’s tough to do at Flemington.
