The son of Justify had his first two starts at Flemington before running at Geelong, and that level of racing is much harder than what he faces here.

Money has come for Yukaina, who has shown good form at the jumpouts, and it’s always good to see a move for a Mitchell Freedman-trained runner.

The three-year-old son of Maurice opened at $2.45 before firming to his current price, and he could start at around $1.80 with bookies.

Getting the inside draw with Dean Yendall adds to his appeal.

#3 – Sasterion @ $2.80

It’s about time Sasterion exited maidens after showing enough ability but finding a few better in the run.

The four-year-old son of Telperion comes off a fourth at Horsham over 1800m, and rising to 2020m should suit him.

Money has come for him and the favourite, and it could be a two-horse war.

Looking to cap off three consecutive placings is Bellabama, who ran second at Warrnambool before adding another placing at Terang last start.

The three-year-old filly by Alabama Express has time to find cover from out wide, and we expected her odds to be shorter.

She is bred to win over the mile, and she could break maidens in style.

Race 5. (15:30) Bakerland BM62 (1610m)

#3 – Lygon Street Luigi @ $2.30

Consistent form is with Lygon Street Luigi, who is much better than a one-time winner, but with 17 placings to his name, he is a model of consistency.

The six-year-old son of Australia comes off three consecutive placings, including one at Yarra Valley last start, and that form must translate to a win soon.

This is an ideal chance to score a long overdue second win.

Race 6. (16:00) Prestige Jayco BM56 (2010m)

#2 – Weather Delay @ $6.00

Punters get each-way odds for Weather Delay, who has been all around the mark in three runs this preparation.

The Robert Hickmott-trained gelding owns two wins and two placings from 13 starts, so his record is good enough for this level of racing.

Getting 1.5kg off his back could see his winning form return.

#4 – The Mount @ $4.20
