We have expert betting tips for Procore Championship this week, which is the first tournament of the new PGA Tour season.
Scottie Scheffler headlines the field at short odds, and he should be tough to beat against the likes of Russell Henley and Justin Thomas.
Procore Championship Tips & Predictions
—
Best Bet
We’re putting Scheffler on top of our Procore Championship picks. He might not have won the Tour Championship, but he played better golf than everyone else throughout the course of the year.
The American is the looking to prepare himself for the Ryder Cup, as are most of the US players. They would have skipped this tournament otherwise, so it’s good to see the quality fields back in the mix on the PGA Tour.
Scheffler might be at $3.25, which is on the shorter side of value, but he doesn’t know how to play a bad tournament. He will be on the first page of the leaderboard, and that’s all we can ask.

Next Best
Strong money has come for Russell Henley to win the Procore Championship, so we’re following the strong betting guide.
He is one of the best putters on the PGA Tour, and that usually translates to success. He’s having a good 2025, so it comes as no surprise to see money come for him. He won the 2025 Arnold Palmer Invitational, which is one of the biggest non-major tournaments.
He’s the biggest threat to Scheffer, so expect to see Henley right around the mark at $13.

Best Value Bet
Sam Burns didn’t get much luck earlier this year when losing a few tournaments in dramatic fashion. However, he could put the demons behind him and come out with a win in the Procore Championship.
He’s another American player looking to get the season started off on the right foot, and he’s sneaking under the radar at $19. Burns is playing well enough to beat high-quality fields, so we priced him at around $15.
Punters should snap up the value odds for Burns, and it would be the perfect way to forget about his near misses earlier this year.

Best Roughie
One of the more talented young players on the PGA Tour is Akshay Bhatia, who is a former winner on the tour.
He might not be the most consistent golfer going around, but he could spring a surprise result this week. Bhatia finished T13 at the Tour Championship, so he’s one of the best players on the PGA Tour right now.
The 23-year-old has many years ahead of him, and he could enjoy playing during the swing season. There are good opportunities to win, and he could make the most of it.

Top 10
Getting $3 for Collin Morikawa to finish in the top 10 is a good price, and he’s another golfer looking to get back into contention.
Morikawa has struggled to win tournaments over the last year, which is surprising considering his level of talent. We’re happy to give him another chance with our Procore Championship picks, and the $3 odds are generous from bookmakers.
