With Manchester City dropping points for the second game in a row, it feels as if Arsenal are ready to clinch their first Premier League title in two decades.
Mikel Arteta’s side have a six-point cushion to the sides below them in the title race and nobody currently looks able to stop the juggernaut.
Ruben Amorim’s sacking at Manchester United feels like a seismic moment in the history of the club, as their search for results and success rumbles on.
Down at the bottom of the pile, problems worsen for West Ham and Burnley, while Wolves picked up their first win of the season last time out, as they look to plot a remarkable escape.
Here are our Premier League tips for the next round of fixtures:
EPL Week 21 Predictions
—
West Ham United ($3.20)
Nottingham Forest ($2.35)
Draw ($3.40)
Avoiding the ongoing relegation scrap is a key focus for both West Ham and Nottingham Forest and they will be desperate to take points off each other here. The Hammers were undone by bottom side Wolves last time out and they need a response quickly here, as relegation fears grow. Nottingham Forest meanwhile are also struggling under Sean Dyche and their performances of late have lacked inspiration. This could be a game low on quality, and both sides may end up settling for the draw.
1-1 Draw
—
Manchester City ($1.40)
Brighton ($7.50)
Draw ($5.50)
Back to back draws have left Manchester City having to chase down Arsenal at the top of the table but they will be eager to get back to winning ways here. The blues were made to rue missed chances in draws with Chelsea and Sunderland and they have lacked their usual potency in front of goal. Brighton meanwhile come into this one fresh off a good win over Burnley and they will be desperate to take heart from that result here. City will have a good crack at the Seagulls, but both sides may end up settling for a point in East Manchester.
2-2 Draw
—
Brentford ($1.90)
Sunderland ($4.50)
Draw ($3.60)
Results have begun to take a very positive turn for Brentford, and they will be full of confidence ahead of their meeting with Sunderland here. Wins over Wolves, Bournemouth and Everton have changed the outlook in West London, and the Bees will be up for this at home. Sunderland meanwhile are flying high, fresh off the back of draws with both Tottenham and Manchester City and who knows how far they can go this term. This is a match up that should suit Brentford though and they look a decent price to prevail at home.
Brentford to win 2-1
—
Bournemouth ($2.15)
Tottenham ($3.40)
Draw ($3.50)
Despite running Arsenal close last time out, Bournemouth are a side struggling for form and they take on Tottenham next. The Cherries need to build on their early season promise but recent results have been poor and they will be looking to turn the corner in 2026. Tottenham meanwhile have a renewed sense of steel in their ranks, but results have been relatively poor for Thomas Frank’s side. That said, Spurs tend to play their best stuff on the road, and they may pinch the points here.
Tottenham to win 2-1
—
Fulham ($3.80)
Chelsea ($2.20)
Draw ($3.50)
West London derbies are often appointment viewing and this meeting between Fulham and Chelsea should be just that. The Cottagers dug deep to pick up a point against Liverpool last time out and it feels as if it could be a big second half of the season for Fulham. Chelsea also struck late, earning a famous point at Manchester City and they should be full of confidence as a result. The blues should shuffle the pack with a new manager imminent, and they could go into the well to pick up all three points here.
Chelsea to win 2-1
—
Everton ($1.80)
Wolves ($5.25)
Draw ($4.20)
Home form continues to be a sticking point for Everton, but they start as strong favourites here against Wolves. David Moyes still appears to be searching for his best team, but the Toffees should be relatively confident in this one. Wolves picked up their first win of the campaign over West Ham last time out, but it would take something incredible for Rob Edwards’s side to stay in the Premier League. This will be closer than the odds suggest but Everton should get it done.
Everton to win 2-1
—
Crystal Palace ($3.50)
Aston Villa ($2.40)
Draw ($3.40)
Crystal Palace continue to struggle at the start of 2026 and things won’t get much easier for them here against Aston Villa. Oliver Glasner continues to plough on with a Palace team thin on the ground and uncertainty over his future does appear to have impacted results on the pitch. Villa meanwhile bounced back from their big loss to Arsenal with a good win over Nottingham Forest and a top four finish feels firmly within reach for them this term. This will be tight, but Villa could prevail on the road once again.
Aston Villa to win 2-1
—
Burnley ($4.75)
Manchester United ($1.75)
Draw ($4.50)
With Ruben Amorim having now departed Manchester United, the club will be looking to get back on track here at Burnley. Scott Parker is struggling in charge of the Clarets and a return to the Championship feels imminent, unless something changes quickly. United sit sixth in the table and in the mix for a European place and some new ideas could give them increased impetus here. This won’t be easy but United could dig deep for the new regime and pick up a welcome win.
Manchester United to win 2-1
—
Newcastle United ($1.70)
Leeds United ($5.50)
Draw ($4.00)
Leeds United have been one of the most improved outfits in the Premier League in recent weeks, but this is a serious challenge on the road at Newcastle. Toon are flying, particularly at home under Eddie Howe and they have big games in the Champions League and Carabao Cup to look forward to. Leeds meanwhile picked up good points against Liverpool and Manchester United last time out, but this is another serious test of their mettle. This won’t be easy for them, but Newcastle should find a way to win this one.
Newcastle United to win 3-1
—
Arsenal ($1.60)
Liverpool ($5.50)
Draw ($4.60)
The champions elect take on the defending champions, and it feels like a changing of the guard moment. Arsenal have set the pace all season and with a six-point lead in the title race, all eyes are on Mikel Arteta’s side to hold their nerve this term. Liverpool are struggling for form under Arne Slot, but they are dangerous in any game they play – especially with the pressure off them. This will be much closer than the odds suggest but Arsenal should get over the line here.
Arsenal to win 2-0
