EPL Week 15 Expert Tips & Predictions

The festive Premier League fixtures are beginning to pile up, and it promises to be another bumper weekend in English football’s top flight.

Arsenal are the side to catch, and Mikel Arteta’s side are showing no signs of relinquishing their title tilt, but Chelsea, Manchester City and Aston Villa are assembling in behind them.

Manchester United, Tottenham and Newcastle United are big names still battling away for consistency but with games coming thick and fast, it is time for teams to click into gear.

Down at the bottom of the pile, Wolves are in serious danger of dropping back into the Championship, while Burnley are also beginning to slide towards the second tier.

This should be another belter of a weekend, with some huge fixtures on the card.

Villa continue to pick up points in every game they play, and Unai Emery’s side are bang in form, following a slow start to the season. Visitors Arsenal continue to set the benchmark in the Premier League, but they know this is one of the sternest tests they will face. This should be a good game, with Arsenal perhaps best placed to pick up the points.

Bournemouth’s recent results have hit a bit of wall and things don’t look to be getting much easier for them here against Chelsea. The Cherries have lost their last two games to Everton and Sunderland, but they will be desperate to get back on track. Chelsea meanwhile continue to lack consistency, but they have one of the most dangerous sides in the division. This will be close, but Chelsea look decent value to get back to winning ways.

Sean Dyche returns to Everton with Nottingham Forest, as both sides look to keep momentum building in their respective seasons. Everton were thrashed by Newcastle in their last home game, but they bounced back well against Bournemouth in midweek. Forest have improved since Dyche took the helm, but they too have lacked consistency in recent weeks, and this feels like a big one for them. Forest are hard to beat on the road, and they could leave Merseyside with a point.
